South Tours, Málaga-based tourism group, seeks a coordinator to bridge daily communications between our guides/operators and external partners. You will ensure smooth collaboration, handle day-to-day operational issues, and support booking and availability across FareHarbor and similar channels.

Based in Málaga or eligible to relocate, you will work mostly on-site with some remote hours, adapt to variable schedules, and contribute to a hands-on, founder-led team environment.

Formación

• English proficiency at B2 level or above, written and spoken.
• Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and clear communication with both internal team and external partners.
• Ability to work on-site with the possibility of partial remote hours.
• Flexibility to work variable schedules, including evenings when tours run.
• Based in Málaga or immediately available to relocate.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily communication between guide/operator team and central office.

• Assist with administrative tasks tied to daily operations (documentation, email follow-up, calendar coordination).
• Be available to support or be present during some tours/experiences.

South Tours is an established tourism group based in Málaga since 2013, running tours and group and private experiences across Málaga, Granada, and Sevilla. We're looking for someone to join our team who can coordinate the daily relationship between our internal team of guides and operators, and our external partners, and who understands how to move between internal dynamics and external relationships and act accordingly.

Tasks

• Coordinate daily communication between the guide/operator team and the central office.
• Manage relationships with external partners (accommodations, booking platforms, local suppliers) and follow up on active agreements.
• Resolve day-to-day operational issues (last-minute changes, customer complaints, logistical problems) with sound judgement.
• Support booking and availability management across our platforms (FareHarbor and similar channels).
• Handle communication with B2B clients and agencies.
• Assist with administrative tasks tied to daily operations (documentation, email follow-up, calendar coordination).
• Be available to support or be present during some tours/experiences, which run at different times of day and evening.

Requirements

• English proficiency at B2 level or above, written and spoken (this will be tested during the selection process).
• Based in Málaga, or immediately available to relocate.
• Available to work on-site, with the possibility of partial remote hours.
• Flexibility to work variable schedules, including evenings, as some tours and experiences run outside standard office hours.
• Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and clear communication with both the internal team and external partners.

Nice to have:

• Previous experience in tourism, customer service, or operations management.
• Familiarity with booking platforms (OTAs, FareHarbor, GetYourGuide or similar).
• Native or C1-level Spanish (if the candidate is not a native Spanish speaker).
• Additional languages beyond English (Italian is a plus).
