This position involves overseeing site teams, managing contracts, and ensuring operational efficiency in a rapidly growing environment. The successful candidate will have strong technical expertise in MEP systems and experience in critical infrastructure.

Formación

• Experience as a Facilities Manager, Chief Engineer, or similar.
• Technical expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
• Preferred experience in data center critical facilities.

We are seeking an experienced data center facilities professional eager to advance into a nationwide management role from our Madrid headquarters, part of one of Spain's most innovative start-up data center providers.

The ideal candidate will have experience comparable to a Site Manager or Chief Engineer within data centers or the broader critical infrastructure sector.

Technically, we require an SME in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a start-up AI-Ready Data Center provider, involved in building new sites from the ground up.

Reporting directly to the CTO, you will eventually oversee a team of over 10 Site Managers and Chief Engineers. Be among the first technical hires and contribute significantly to this exciting project from the outset.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operational management of site teams including Site Managers, Chief Engineers, and Technicians
• Contract and supplier management
• Operational cost management
• Project management during the construction phase

Qualifications :

• Management experience as a Facilities Manager, Chief Engineer, or similar
• Technical expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems
• Experience in data center critical facilities is preferred
