REVEL | Renting de Coches is seeking an Operations Manager to shape the backbone of a fast-growing European car company. You will design scalable processes, collaborate with senior leaders, and drive strategic initiatives that impact growth, efficiency, and customer experience.

The role emphasizes navigating ambiguity, delivering actionable solutions, and aligning execution with strategic objectives across the organization.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in operations and/or strategy roles.

Now, we’re looking for a talented Operations Manager to join our Operations team and take ownership of key strategic initiatives that will fuel our next stage of growth.

Your mission:

• Build and optimize scalable processes to sustain REVEL’s rapid growth
• Work cross-functionally with leadership across and beyond Operations to tackle critical business challenges
• Lead strategic projects with real-world impact on our growth, efficiency, and customer experience. Examples include: i) Deploying AI across Operations to boost speed, quality and scale ii) Rethinking how cars get to customers faster, cheaper, smarter iii) Defining and executing go-to-market strategies to accelerate our international expansion

We're looking for someone who:

• Has 1-3 years of experience with operations and / or strategy content (e.g., within consulting, tech companies, FMCG)
• Is comfortable with ambiguity and loves turning complex problems into actionable solutions
• Combines analytical rigor with strategic thinking and strong execution
• Communicates clearly and confidently across teams and levels
• Speaks fluent Italian, Spanish and English; other European languages are a plus
