Axiomatic_AI is seeking an Operations Manager for its EU office in Castelldefels, Barcelona. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, manage day-to-day operations, and improve onboarding processes, with a focus on creating a dynamic work environment in a rapidly growing startup.

Axiomatic_AI's mission : Axiomatic_AI is readying to launch with the aim to accelerate R&D by 'Automated Interpretable Reasoning' (AIR) a verifiably truthful AI model built for reasoning in science and engineering.

Axiomatic_AI is hiring top talent interested in a future of human reasoning aided by not replaced by AI, and a future that empowers a new generation of innovators to solve important problems through deep-tech engineering in the semiconductor ecosystem.

About the company : Axiomatic_AI is a young startup with ~25 employees in 3 locations : Boston, Toronto, and Barcelona.

We aim to accelerate R&D by 'Automated Interpretable Reasoning' (AIR) a verifiably truthful AI model built for reasoning in science and engineering.

To propel our company from its early startup stage towards a well-functioning and professional organization, we are looking for an energetic Operations Manager for Axiomatic_AI EU, located in Barcelona (Castelldefels), Spain.

Tasks Assist with recruitment for all three Axiomatic_AI offices in Boston, Toronto, and Barcelona : develop and implement strategies to attract top talent.

Communications, marketing, and branding :

Keep the company website updated with new content and design changes in collaboration with our web designer.

Create and schedule regular posts on X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, and other social media platforms for employer branding.

Define operational processes and policies.

Manage onboarding of new employees and improve onboarding processes.

Assist the CTO with office finances :

Manage basic accounting tasks related to office payments, costs, and employee needs.

Handle company credit cards, permissions, payments, and bank accounts.

Day-to-day office management.

Organize company-wide sprints, including travel arrangements, accommodation, and team-building activities.

Required experience Fluent in English and Spanish, with confident written and oral communication skills.

Experience in HR, specifically in tech hiring processes.

Proficient in handling basic office finances and accounts.

Proven ability to manage logistics processes and activities for large groups.

Experience working with cross-cultural and remote teams.

Conditions 4-5 days / week appointment at the Axiomatic_AI Europe office in Castelldefels.

Partially remote work will be permitted.

More hours may be required during peak times (January, June) because of sprints.
