YOUR TASKS

  1. Motivate the staff, ensure a pleasant and safe work climate, and foster good cooperation within the team and with other colleagues.
  2. Collaborate with the HR department to hire staff and ensure proper onboarding and offboarding processes.
  3. Lead regular individual and team meetings, and develop skills and knowledge through training and workplace exchanges.
  4. Ensure all work equipment and information needed to provide excellent guest service are available, well-maintained, and workflows are optimized.
  5. Use available tools to gather guest feedback: analyze, categorize, and implement improvements in coordination with the Hotel Manager.
  6. Address guest complaints that cannot be resolved by the team, ensuring guest satisfaction with the solutions provided.
  7. Optimize room distribution through conscientious occupancy management and coordinate group room allocations with the Groups department.
  8. Conduct regular audits aligned with company standards, document findings, and initiate corrective actions with the Operations Manager.
  9. Maintain an inventory management system, oversee stock-takes according to guidelines, and support monthly closings.

YOUR PROFILE

  1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience leading a front-office team or similar role.
  2. Enjoy leading a diverse, motivated team and be an inspiring personality.
  3. Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
  5. Solution-oriented with strong commitment and entrepreneurial mindset.
  6. Leadership skills including coaching, mentoring, feedback, and training.
  7. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and front office systems (e.g., Sihot, Fidelio).
  8. A willingness to travel occasionally.
