NAVY EXCHANGE SERVICE COMMAND (NEXCOM) in Cadiz, Spain, seeks an experienced operations professional to manage store support functions, customer service, and overall performance. Associate must receive Hazardous Material (HazMat) training within 90 days of hire per Department of Transportation regulations.
The incumbent of this position must file a Financial Disclosure Report (OGE) Form 450, as required.
3 years of experience in administrative, professional, investigative, or other responsible work that enabled the applicant to gain general knowledge of management practices and administrative processes; skill in dealing with others in person-to-person work relationships; and the ability to exercise mature judgment.
OR
1 year of academic study, above the high school level may be substituted for 9 months of experience, up to a maximum of a 4 year bachelor's degree for 3 years of general experience.
2 years of progressively responsible experience in administrative, supervisory, managerial, professional, or technical work that demonstrated the knowledge of management principles, practices, methods, and techniques. Knowledge of retail and/or service merchandising principles, procedures, and a combination of related activities in the areas of accounting, personnel, procurement, distribution management, and store operations.
