• 3 years of general management or administrative experience.
• 2 years of progressively responsible supervisory/managerial experience in retail/service contexts.
• Knowledge of accounting, procurement, distribution, and store operations.
• Education can substitute for experience per policy (see experience substitution rules).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee store operations including customer service, front/back of house, and facilities.
• Manage operating budget, analyze financial statements, and drive profitability.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and payroll controls.
• Supervise personnel, evaluate performance, and address issues.
• Ensure safety, security, and fire prevention policies.
• Serve as Contracting Officer Technical Representative (COTR) for vendors.
• Coordinate annual physical inventory and reporting.
