We’re looking for a proactive and organized Community & Operations Manager to join our team at USA Remote. This is a full-time position (40 hrs / week) ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in both structured and fast-moving environments. You’ll be at the heart of our student community and internal operations, supporting learners and leading marketing efforts across platforms.

Through practical training, community support, and personalized guidance, we’ve helped hundreds of students secure remote roles with international companies, often doubling or tripling their income while gaining the freedom to live and work from anywhere.

You’ll be working hand in hand with me, Carola Gomez (@carolaagomez) — the founder of USA Remote. I’m looking for someone to truly grow with the company, take ownership, bring new ideas to the table, and be excited to build something big, together.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage and engage our student community (Circle platform)
  • Respond to student questions regarding job applications, the program or payments
  • Assist in improving the structure and delivery of our course content
  • Plan and send weekly marketing emails and job-related newsletters
  • Schedule and publish content across social media (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) - @carolaagomez
  • Handle marketing automations and basic analytics
  • Support our marketing agency branch in social media and client onboarding

Requirements :

  • 3+ years experience in operations, HR, community management, or digital marketing (or a combinatino of them)
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Experience in customer service or client-facing roles
  • Self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working independently and remotely

Nice to Have :

  • Experience in both startups and corporate environments
  • Familiarity with American work culture and client expectations
