Formación

• Experience in regulated environments with governance standards.
• Strong operations track record with processes and controls in regulated settings.
• Willing to relocate to Gibraltar or Spain independently within 30 miles; eligible for local regulatory approval.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the operations function end to end, building clear processes and controls that improve efficiency, consistency, and oversight.
• Design and implement operating procedures meeting regulatory and governance requirements, coordinating with Compliance and Risk to align with the control framework.
• Oversee core operational workflows, identify gaps, and implement scalable improvements for resilience and growth.
• Provide management reporting on performance, risk points, and enhancements within a regulated environment.
