Confidential, a leading cryptocurrency exchange, is seeking a Head of Operations to build and lead the operational function for a regulated business at a formative growth stage. You will establish scalable processes, controls, and governance to ensure compliance from day one.

This role reports to senior leadership and helps shape how the business runs and scales. Open to candidates across Europe; relocation to Gibraltar is required with no relocation support.

Formación

• Experience in regulated environments with governance and controls.
• Proven track record owning processes and workflow improvements.
• Willing to relocate to Gibraltar or Spain within 30 miles.
• Eligible for local regulatory approval.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end operations, creating scalable processes.
• Design procedures meeting regulatory and governance requirements.
• Identify gaps and implement improvements for resilience.
• Provide management reporting on performance and risk.
