Jobgether is seeking a Corporate Operations Lead based in Spain to tackle high-impact cross-functional constraints across HR, Finance, and regulated operations. You will diagnose root causes, design practical solutions, and build processes, automation, and governance to enable scalable growth.

The role emphasizes ownership, ambiguity tolerance, and collaboration with senior leaders to drive measurable outcomes and lasting efficiency improvements in a fast-moving fintech environment.

Formación

• 7+ years of relevant professional experience with cross-functional operational initiatives.
• Builder-operator who converts ambiguity into lasting solutions.
• Strong systems-thinking ability to map workflows and diagnose bottlenecks.
• Proven ability to influence without formal authority across senior stakeholders.
• Excellent prioritization, judgment, and evidence-based decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Own prioritized operational constraints from discovery through implementation and durable ownership.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Engineering capacity, and regional ops to remove growth bottlenecks.
• Apply Sense → Design → Build → Drive to achieve measurable outcomes.
• Identify effective levers—workflow, automation, org changes, or tech solutions—to improve performance.
• Drive adoption across teams without assuming recurrent responsibilities.
