RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Build and lead the end-to-end game user research function (frameworks, methodologies, team structure)
  • Conduct and oversee qualitative and quantitative research (surveys, playtests, interviews, usability studies)
  • Lead, coach, and grow the internal research team, defining standards and nurturing talent
  • Collaborate with Sales and BD teams on pre-sales research conversations and proposals
  • Partner with product, design, and engineering teams to embed research across the development lifecycle
REQUIREMENTS
  • 5+ years in game user research or related roles
  • Strong knowledge of player behavior, user psychology, and game development processes
