Henkel in Barcelona offers a 12-month internship in Operations and Project Management. You will monitor KPIs, track timelines, and provide status updates to the Project Implementation Manager, ensuring smooth launches and timely delivery of tasks.

The role is full-time (8 hours daily) with a start window of September/October 2026. Candidates should be fluent in English, work well in teams, and bring strong Excel and BI tooling skills to contribute and learn in a collaborative environment.

Formación

• 12-month internship with full-time schedule (8 hours per day).
• Start: September/October 2026.
• Interest in Operations and Project Management.
• Fluent level of English.
• Strong teamwork skills and proactive attitude.
• Good command of MS Excel and BI tools.

Responsabilidades

• Monitoring and reporting of KPIs, ensuring projects remain on track and tasks are completed on time.
• Monitoring the implementation timelines of different innovation projects and managing deadlines with the respective teams.
• Monitoring and providing detailed status reports to the PIM on final artworks and the article creation workflow (WF).
• Supporting the request, management, and follow‑up of obsolete materials/products after promotional projects.
• Participating in project implementation meetings with different teams and reviewing meeting minutes.
• Updating HINT with the different tasks required for the launch of an innovation.
