Procter & Gamble in Mataró, Spain, invites you to join as a DC Project Engineer Intern, a hands-on role at one of Europe’s key logistics hubs. You’ll own real projects from day one, shaping warehousing and distribution operations while learning from experienced engineers.

The program runs for at least 6 months, full-time, with exposure to engineering, automation, and infrastructure. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project scopes, and present results to leaders.

Formación

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Fluency in Spanish and excellent ability to communicate in English.
• Available for a minimum of 6 months, full time (8h/day).
• Passionate about engineering, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• A strong analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
• An effective communicator who can collaborate across multiple functions.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working in a dynamic environment.
• Eager to learn, challenge the status quo, and make an impact.

Responsabilidades

• Lead specific project workstreams from idea to execution.
• Participate in engineering and construction projects within the Distribution Center.
• Collaborate with operations teams, contractors, suppliers, and technical experts.
• Support the implementation of new technologies, equipment, and infrastructure improvements.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and performance indicators.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with engineering, environmental, and safety standards.
• Present project recommendations and results to business leaders.
