Kimpton Vividora Barcelona, part of InterContinental Hotels Group, seeks an Assistant Finance Manager to lead day-to-day financial operations and partner with the Cluster Director of Finance across Barcelona and Mallorca.

You will oversee month-end, budgeting, forecasting, controls, and reporting, while developing the Finance team and driving profitability through cross-department collaboration.

Formación

• Degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• Proven leadership experience in hotel finance or accounting.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with hotel systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day finance operations for the Barcelona hotel and partner with the Cluster Director of Finance.
• Oversee month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting and business planning processes across the cluster.
• Provide actionable financial insights and drive profitability through cross‑department collaboration.
• Develop and coach the Finance team for growth and succession readiness.
• Oversee AR/AP, controls, audits and cash management; support external audits.
