Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) is seeking an Operations Excellence Expert Program Manager to oversee a rotating portfolio of Retail Vendors and drive supply chain improvements. You will analyze processes, identify root causes, and implement data-driven improvements with internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires strong project management, excellent relationships with vendors, and frequent EU travel.

Formación

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
Experience building and cultivating relationships with stakeholders.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint).
3 to 5 years of professional experience in operational supply chain processes.
Fluent in Spanish and English (minimum C1).

Responsabilidades

Analyze operational defects and identify root causes for financial deductions; define action plan with the vendor.
Facilitate regular progress reviews with vendors to enable long-term results.
Build trusting relationships across functions and levels within the vendor organization.
Organize two-day Kaizen workshops with internal/external attendees and site visits to warehouses.
Lead cross-functional projects to improve service and scalable processes.
Frequent travel within the EU is required.
