The challenge ahead

Over the next 36 months we plan to record 10,000 expert interviews, an ambition that would set a world record. To pull that off, we need a founding-team operator who can turn big vision into dependable systems and while also helping us surpass our first major milestone of $1 million ARR.

What you’ll own

  • End-to-end operations – design, refine, and run the workflows that let us scale from “one-off” to “world record” without losing our personal touch.
  • Relationship management – build trust with C-suite executives, academics, investors, and other thought leaders around the globe.
  • Process excellence – spot friction, automate the fix, and keep the trains running on time.
  • Growth metrics – work with the founders to set targets, track performance, and open new revenue lines.

What sets you up for success

  • A track record running operations or customer success for a service-led, high-growth business (roughly 3–7 years of experience) OR Management consulting OR Ex VC-backed founder.
  • Fluency with modern ops / AI tools CRM, automation platforms, and data dashboards.
  • A systems mindset : you notice inefficiency in a heartbeat and can’t rest until the process is airtight.
  • Confidence in any room, whether you’re interviewing a Fortune 500 executive or presenting numbers to the team.
  • Hunger for ambitious goals and a bias for decisive action.
  • Love people (you frequently host dinner parties, and are unusually comfortable on stage)
