We are looking for a dynamic, versatile operations assistant to join a student residence in Seville with 303 rooms (306 beds). You will work in an educational environment, offering an exclusive package of services and accommodation in an exceptional location. Your responsibilities include:

  • Being the first face of our reception at the student residence
  • Providing excellent customer service to students via counter, email, and phone
  • Managing reservations, check-in, and check-out processes, and providing keys and cards to students
  • Guiding visitors and prospective clients during open days and facility tours
  • Supporting the administration office
  • Monitoring the building and coordinating between departments such as cleaning, catering, maintenance, and gardening
  • Implementing necessary protocols during emergencies
  • Working in shifts within a rotating schedule of 40 hours per week, planned from Monday to Sunday between 7 am and 11 pm, with weekly breaks and holidays

Your Skills

  • Studies related to Hospitality, Tourism, or Business Administration are a plus
  • Experience in the hospitality industry
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Interest and knowledge in customer service, social networks, and new technologies
