We believe we play a fundamental role in students' journey to independence, and the right people are essential for this. Would you like to contribute as an Operations Assistant at our Collblanc residence in Barcelona?

We are looking for a dynamic, versatile Operations Assistant to join our student residence with 128 rooms (223 beds) in Barcelona. You will work in an educational environment, providing a range of services and accommodation in an exceptional location.

Your responsibilities:

• Be the first face of our reception at the student residence
• Provide excellent customer service; assist students at the counter, via email, and over the phone
• Manage reservations, including check-in and check-out processes, and distribute keys and access cards
• Guide visitors and prospective clients during open days and tours
• Support the administration office
• Coordinate between different departments such as cleaning, catering, maintenance, and gardening
• Implement necessary protocols during emergencies
• Work in shifts within a rotating schedule of 40 hours per week, planned between Monday and Sunday from 7 am to 11 pm, with weekly breaks and holidays

Your skills:

• Studies related to Hospitality, Tourism, or Business Administration are a plus
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Proficient with MS Office
• Interest and knowledge in customer service, social networks, and new technologies
