A day in the life
You’ll work shifts at one of our operational sites. Your main focus will be to uphold safety standards within your team and across the site. You will monitor and maintain process efficiency, prioritize routine team management, and handle operational tasks such as escalations, process improvements, and contingency planning.
As part of the operations team, you’ll collaborate with colleagues and external partners to meet customer demands and targets. This involves analyzing data and performance metrics with leaders and discussing technical improvements with engineers.

This diverse team plays a vital role in our success by using air, sea, and road transport, alongside advanced sortation centers, to ensure maximum efficiency.
