Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing

  5. Collaborate with other managers to standardize shift processes
Typical Day:

Work shifts at an operational site, focusing on safety standards, process efficiency, and operational tasks. Engage in team management, process improvement, and contingency planning, working closely with internal and external partners to meet customer demands.

About the Team:

Be part of the Amazon Transportation Service (ATS) team, which plays a vital role in delivering packages efficiently using air, sea, and road transport. The team leverages data and technology to drive decisions, prioritize safety, and ensure sustainability.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Degree and relevant experience in people management
  • Experience communicating with stakeholders and leadership
  • Ability to use data or anecdotal evidence for decision-making
  • Proficiency in English and local language
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen techniques
  • Experience in logistics environments
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
