Join TUI as an Operations Agent in Torremolinos, where you will play a key role in service delivery by coordinating bookings and managing customer relations. We are seeking digitally experienced and helpful individuals like you to join our diverse team of Operations Agents in Torremolinos .

You will be responsible for communicating booking updates with our excursion suppliers and destination teams to ensure smooth Service Delivery operations.

About Our Offer

  • A job at TUI offers more than your basic salary, starting at 20.800 € gross per year.

About You

  • Willingness to learn the role requirements, technology, and our products and services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish; German is advantageous.

About the Job

  • Organize group programs, verify hotel reservations, and coordinate suppliers (guides, transportation, restaurants, entrances).
  • Contact customers before, during, and after trips to manage changes, cancellations, new requests, prepayments, and resolve issues or complaints.
  • Prepare vouchers and documentation for tours and briefings with tour leaders / guides.
  • Track bookings received via online channels / platforms.
  • Create bookings in our system, including all required services and costs.
  • Manage administrative tasks, prepayments, and resolve cost discrepancies.
