We are hiring an Operations Agent for a receptive agency in Menorca. As an Operations Agent, you will support the office in different administrative and operational areas such as the set-up of new clients, booking records, invoicing, and follow-up or direct support of our clients.

The main responsibilities will be:

1. Attention to general requests from our clients.
2. Airport support: welcome the customers at the airport upon arrival.
3. Coordinate and assist transport from the airport to the hotel.
4. Provide the customers all the information they may need.
5. Assistance to customers’ claims or requests.
6. Booking management on request and booking changes.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in a similar position.
2. Advanced level of English.
3. Knowledge of French will be appreciated.
