Rituals busca un Coordinador de Retail que apoye sus tiendas en Iberia. Este rol implica soporte operativo y administrativo, asegurando que las tiendas sigan los métodos de trabajo y comunicando información entre la sede y las tiendas, todo en un entorno dinámico y de expansión.

Formación

  • Entre 1-3 años de experiencia en un rol de coordinación.
  • Excelente conocimiento de inglés.
  • Uso diario del paquete Office, especialmente Excel.

Responsabilidades

  • Proveer soporte operativo y administrativo a las tiendas.
  • Coordinar y comunicar información entre oficinas locales y la sede global.
  • Apoyar durante la apertura de nuevas tiendas.

Rituals is now seeking a Retail Coordinator, who will ensure that our stores in the Iberica receive the best support and service.

As a Retail Coordinator, you will play an important role by providing operational and administrative support to our stores, Store Managers, Area Managers, and our headquarters. You will be involved in preparations, support during store openings, and ensure that our concept and working methods are carefully followed.

You will collaborate with your colleagues in both countries to support our stores in Spain and Portugal. You will also be responsible for coordinating, communicating, and updating information between local and global headquarters in Amsterdam and to our stores. Therefore, you are expected to use English as your daily working language.

Requisitos

To be successful in the role, we are looking for someone with:

  • Between 1-3 years of experience in a coordinating, service-minded role, preferably in Retail.
  • Proficiency in the Office suite, especially Excel.
  • The position requires excellent knowledge of English,
