As an Operational Risk Management Consultant, you will work with industry-leading clients across your sectors to reduce risks and improve business continuity and asset productivity. You’ll save lives, drive performance, and improve the working lives of all your clients’ employees.

As a freelance consultant, you will collaborate with our team to deliver coaching and support to our clients, helping to evolve their culture and behaviors related to safety and risk management. This involves working closely with managers and supervisors on-site, supporting and coaching them in implementing dss+ methodologies.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Acting as a coach to influence behavior change
2. Leading the delivery of solutions in safety culture, behavioral safety, PSM, or operational excellence

Ideally, you will hold a degree or master’s degree in engineering or a related business field, with experience in management consulting and coaching, along with exposure to operational risk management, operational excellence, safety, or culture change.

You should demonstrate experience and understanding of operational issues in heavy industries such as Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Power & Utilities, Chemicals, Transport, or Food & Beverage.

You possess deep knowledge of safety or operational excellence topics and can leverage this expertise externally, guiding clients and creating points of view. Excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset are essential, as is fluency in both Spanish and English, enabling seamless work in both languages.
