This position is responsible for supporting the business units in acquiring and integrating new operation units and designing future optimized production and distribution footprints, including tint and blend facilities.

He will be accountable for supporting the design and execution of the end-to-end process of acquisition and integration: from due diligence to day-one readiness and future state footprint implementation, aligned with acquisition rationale and expected operational synergies.

All projects will focus on improving customer experience and business profitability. The role involves setting project deliverables, targets, and building solid data-driven proformas.

Provide clear recommendations to the business on acquired operations during due diligence (site visits, reports, conclusions).

Prepare integration scenarios and related proformas based on acquisition rationale and business priorities. Identify operational synergies and design transition plans to the future state.

For current SW operational entities, develop rationalization or growth scenarios, define project scopes, and perform financial analyses to reduce complexity, optimize footprints, and support high-impact business practices aiming for a 25% ROS.

Effectively present business cases to ELT and executives, communicating issues, options, and recommendations clearly and succinctly.

Engage stakeholders across functions (finance, engineering, supply chain, sales), build consensus on strategies, and ensure project teams are motivated and aligned for execution.

Benchmark best practices internally and externally to ensure the EMEAI region meets customer requirements in quality, service, and cost efficiency.

Principal Accountabilities :

Submit robust plans for complexity reduction and footprint optimization, ensuring safety, quality, service, cost productivity, and employee engagement are prioritized.

Support project execution, monitor adherence to original designs, and escalate risks or deviations promptly.

Act as facilitators to remove roadblocks, guiding project teams with best practices.

Incorporate lessons learned from previous projects.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Formal Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or equivalent
  • Master's Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or equivalent
  • Master of Business Administration

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Successful leadership experience as plant manager, supply chain manager, or Area Director of Operations in EMEAI.
  • Broad operational knowledge (supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, procurement).
  • Ability to design business cases and assess investments financially.
  • Understanding of end-to-end supply chain phases, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Proven track record in delivering large-scale change projects.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Experience in process mapping and implementation.
  • Experience supporting complex multi-divisional projects, including mergers or site rationalizations.
