Operational Excellence Manager

At our venture capital fund, we're on a mission to support Europe's most talented technical founders. As an Operational Excellence Manager, you'll be the backbone of our operational efficiency, responsible for ensuring seamless execution and precision in all aspects of our operations.

  • Job Description :

You will lead our core operational pillars – Finance, Legal, Investor Relations, and Compliance – guaranteeing swift and precise decision-making processes. This role demands high-trust execution with attention to detail, as you set up and run our systems from monthly reconciliations to legal documentation flows.

  • Key Responsibilities :
  • Manage financial transactions, categorize them in our internal systems, and review reports from our fund administrator.
  • Coordinate cash flow tracking, handle day-to-day financial admin (invoices, expenses, follow-ups), and reconcile bank accounts.
  • Collect portfolio KPIs and compile internal dashboards or LP updates.
  • Review legal documents for completeness and accuracy, coordinate signature flows, track filings, and liaise with third parties.
  • Maintain digital archives, collect and organize KYC, AML, and tax documentation.
  • Requirements :
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in high-performance organisations in legal, finance, consulting, or fund admin roles.
  • Highly structured, autonomous individual who thrives in building efficient systems.
  • Excellent emotional intelligence, positive attitude, and strong communication skills.
  • Native or bilingual English and Spanish is a must; other languages are a plus.
