Formación

• Plus de 7 ans dans Diagnostics, sciences de la vie ou domaines connexes.
• Formation scientifique, ingénierie ou business avec un appétit pour l’action.
• Expérience de stabilisation de delivery en environnements complexes et sous pression.
• Forte capacité de coaching et développement des compétences.
• Compréhension approfondie des cadres Agile/SAFe/hybride.
• Réflexion analytique et systémique.
• À l’aise pour travailler avec différents niveaux organisationnels et voyager 10–25%.

Responsabilidades

• Stabiliser la delivery sous pression et assurer structure et prévisibilité.
• Coacher les équipes vers des résultats mesurables plutôt que la simple sortie.
• Conduire le modèle opérationnel Accelerating Scale et promouvoir son adoption.
• Faire émerger des enseignements et insights pour résoudre des frictions à l’échelle de l’entreprise.

Think of it as a SWAT capability: you deploy into areas where delivery risks, backlog instability, or coordination gaps threaten outcomes. You provide hands‑on operational enablement and rapid stabilization — stepping in during critical phases, absorbing chaos, and returning teams to a predictable state so they can refocus on value creation.

You won't own long‑term delivery decisions or product roadmaps. Your impact comes from making the system around the teams work better — coaching, unblocking, and building the muscle for sustainable operational health. You are an Accelerating Scale operating model champion!

What You'll Do

Stabilize delivery under pressure

• Deploy into initiatives experiencing execution risks or significant delays to provide immediate structure and predictability.
• Step into complex environments with severe friction: absorb operational chaos, facilitate root‑cause resolution, and clear structural blockers.
• Ensure recovery progress and remaining risks are clearly visible to stakeholders without adding friction to the teams you support.

Coach teams toward outcomes over output

• Help teams shift focus from shipping features on a timeline (time‑to‑market) to achieving measurable business results (time‑to‑money).
• Conduct deep‑dive assessments of operational health and coach leaders, Product Managers, and teams on effective scoping and prioritization.
• Guide teams in slicing complex initiatives into actionable increments to ensure smooth delivery and early value realization.

Champion the operating model

• Coach teams in real‑time on dependency management and prioritization discipline during high‑pressure periods.
• Ensure adherence to the Accelerating Scale operating model, not through enforcement, but through practical enablement that teams actually adopt.
• Help teams conduct healthy retrospectives and post‑mortems focused on learning, not failure — keeping the environment safe for the risks innovation requires.

Surface systemic insights

• Capture learnings from tactical deployments to identify enterprise‑level friction points — funding model issues, tooling gaps, coordination breakdowns.
• Feed insights back to RIS Business Operations and Portfolio leadership for structural resolution.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational practices across the chapter.

Who You Are

• 7+ years in Diagnostics, Life Sciences, or related fields in project management, operational excellence, agile coaching, or related functions.
• Scientific, engineering, or business background with a bias for action.
• Experience stabilizing delivery in complex, high‑pressure environments — you've been the person who walks into the room and brings clarity.
• Strong coaching instincts: you develop capability, not dependency.
• Deep understanding of agile, SAFe, or hybrid delivery frameworks — not as dogma, but as practical tools.
• Analytical and systemic thinker: you see the patterns behind the symptoms.
• Comfortable working across organizational levels — from team‑level coaching to executive‑level reporting.
• Working knowledge of Jira, MS‑Office, G‑Suite. Familiarity with Planisware, Orion, or similar portfolio tools is a plus.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Willingness to travel 10‑25%.
