DNV Group is seeking an Operational Excellence Specialist to drive adoption and deployment of the Operational Excellence framework across the Digital and Data Solutions business. You will partner with leaders across software development, product management, customer success, and operations to identify opportunities and embed a culture of continuous improvement.

You will work with the Global Operational Excellence team to support strategic ambitions through sustainable improvements, enhanced ways

Responsabilidades

Assist in deploying DNV's Operational Excellence framework across DDS.
Identify, prioritize and implement improvement opportunities with cross-functional teams.
Facilitate structured problem-solving workshops and continuous improvement initiatives.
Apply Lean principles, standard work, visual management and root-cause analysis.
Support improvement pilots and initiatives that drive efficiency, quality and customer value.
Coach managers and teams in Operational Excellence practices and continuous improvement methods.
Ensure alignment with global standards, governance and roadmaps for DDS.
Track improvements and share lessons learned to realize benefits.
Foster cross-functional collaboration to improve processes and ways of working across DDS.
Deliver Operational Excellence training sessions and awareness activities.
