DNV in Barcelona is seeking an Operational Excellence Specialist to support the deployment of the OEx framework across the DDS business. You will work with software, product, and operations teams to identify improvement opportunities and embed a culture of continuous improvement.

You will run problem-solving workshops, apply Lean, standard work, and visual management, coach leaders, ensure alignment with global standards, and help realize benefits. Occasional international travel may be required.

Formación

• Practical experience in Operational Excellence, Lean, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, Agile, DevOps, or related methodologies.
• Proven ability to improve processes, productivity, efficiency, or operational performance with measurable results.
• Experience facilitating workshops, improvement initiatives, or change activities involving cross-functional teams.
• Experience coaching or supporting teams and managers in adopting new ways of working.
• Experience working in digital, software, technology, or other knowledge-based environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support the deployment, adoption, and sustainment of DNV's Operational Excellence framework across DDS.
• Partner with leaders and teams to identify, prioritize, and implement improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate structured problem-solving workshops and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Apply Operational Excellence tools and methodologies, including Lean principles, standard work, visual management, and root-cause analysis.
• Support improvement pilots and initiatives that drive efficiency, quality, scalability, and customer value.
• Coach managers and teams in Operational Excellence practices and continuous improvement methods.
• Ensure local practices are aligned with global Operational Excellence standards, governance, and roadmaps.
• Track improvement activities, share lessons learned, and support benefit realization.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to improve processes and ways of working across DDS.
• Deliver Operational Excellence training sessions, workshops, and awareness activities.
• Escalate risks, blockers, and decision needs in a structured and timely manner.
• Contribute to building a strong culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
• Occasional international travel may be required.
