Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering, science, operations, business, or related field.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in manufacturing/operations/engineering/operational excellence.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Lead site OpEx program and drive continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma, RCA, VSM and MOS.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams on RCA, strategic projects, and plant shutdown support.
• Support LSS certification processes (Yellow Belt, RCA, VSM) and OpEx culture enhancement.
• Lead KPIs related to OpEx and oversee site performance metrics.
• Manage OpEx roadmaps and training activities to spread knowledge across the organization.
