Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement manufacturing strategies aligned with company goals across European plants.
• Oversee manufacturing and production activities to meet corporate objectives.
• Implement best practices, optimize processes, and foster a culture of excellence.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to track progress and ensure accountability.
• Lead change management to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, and quality departments for cohesive operations.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, industry standards, and quality systems like ISO.
• Leverage technology and data analytics for operational improvements.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities without compromising quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Chemical, Food Industry, or similar).
• Proven experience in senior manufacturing management in an international multisite setting.
• Experience in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• At least 3 years in operational excellence or related roles.
• Expertise in regulatory compliance and quality management systems.
• Ability to optimize manufacturing processes and leverage best practices.
• Experience in monitoring KPIs and driving data-driven decisions.
