ALK Spain is seeking an Operational Excellence and Digitalization Specialist to drive CI initiatives in Product Supply. The role focuses on identifying improvement opportunities, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and delivering measurable economic impact through lean practices and digital workflows.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Digitalization, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, or related fields.
• Strong communicator capable of coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Proactive, analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and execute CI opportunities ( waste, throughput, standardization).
• Lead problem‑solving/CI workshops and reduce scrap.
• Collect and analyze operational data; define KPIs and build dashboards.
• Coordinate cross-functional tasks and manage project documentation.
• Quantify financial impact and track baselines/targets.
