Zoomo busca un Asociado de Excelencia Operacional para garantizar la eficiencia operativa en sus talleres en España. Este puesto requiere una colaboración estrecha con equipos técnicos y operativos para mejorar la calidad del servicio y la experiencia del cliente. Con un ambiente de trabajo dinámico y oportunidades de desarrollo, el candidato ideal tiene un sentido agudo de la organización y experiencia en entornos mecánicos.

Formación

• Mínimo 2 años en operaciones, logística o entornos de taller mecánico, preferiblemente en movilidad eléctrica o micromovilidad.
• Experiencia en sistemas de gestión de mantenimiento, control de inventario y análisis de datos operativos.
• Fluidez en español; nivel intermedio o superior de inglés es un plus.

Responsabilidades

• Desarrollar, documentar y actualizar procedimientos operativos estándar (SOP) en todos los talleres.
• Colaborar con el mecánico jefe para identificar ineficiencias en el flujo de trabajo y proponer mejoras.
• Realizar auditorías e inspecciones regulares para asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares.

The Role

The Operational Excellence Associate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency and process standardisation in Zoomo workshops across Spain. They will collaborate closely with local technical and operational teams to continuously improve service quality, reduce operational times, and ensure excellence in customer experience.

Duties will include :

• Process Standardisation : Develop, document, and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) in all workshops.
• Workshop Optimisation : Collaborate with the Lead Mechanic to identify workflow inefficiencies and propose practical improvements to maximise productivity.
• Team Training : Train technical staff on updated procedures, ensuring consistency across all locations.
• Performance Analysis : Monitor key KPIs to evaluate workshop performance and the effectiveness of implemented processes.
• Operational Support : Provide direct support to local teams regarding process changes and the implementation of new tools.
• Audits and Quality Control : Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
• Experience : Minimum 2 years in operations, logistics, or mechanical workshop environments, preferably in electric mobility or micromobility.
• Education : Technical or university degree in Engineering, Logistics, Administration, or similar fields.
• Technical Knowledge : Familiarity with maintenance management systems, inventory control, and operational data analysis. Proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar, among others).
• Languages : Fluent Spanish; intermediate or higher English level is a plus.
• Key Skills : Organization, analytical thinking, teamwork, effective communication, and a focus on continuous improvement.
