A leading company in electric mobility seeks an Operational Excellence Associate to enhance efficiency and standardization in workshops across Spain. This role involves developing processes, training staff, and ensuring high-quality service for customers. Candidates should have a background in operations or logistics, with an emphasis on continuous improvement.

The Role
The Operational Excellence Associate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency and process standardisation in Zoomo workshops across Spain. They will collaborate closely with local technical and operational teams to continuously improve service quality, reduce operational times, and ensure excellence in customer experience.
