Formación

• 7+ years of experience in finance and controlling, preferably in manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

• Review, analyze, and report on the financial results of the assigned operational group continuously.
• Oversee the rolling forecast process and prepare/distribute monthly reports, comments, and ad hoc analyses.
• Facilitate understanding of profitability and alignment with strategic goals.
• Partner with operational resources to provide financial evaluations for opportunities such as business integration, footprint optimization, and M&A cases.
• Manage continuous improvement initiatives and evaluate their economic impact.

Your Qualifications

Experience:

• At least 7 years of experience in finance and controlling within the manufacturing industry, preferably automotive.
• Effective planning and organizational skills.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance; a Master’s in Controlling or MBA is advantageous.
• Good knowledge of IFRS and basic understanding of EU local GAAP/regulations.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience with MS Office, ERP systems (SAP, Hyperion, etc.), and consolidation tools.
