We are looking for a results-driven Operating Partner to join our dynamic team and spearhead the growth and development of one of Mantu's brands!

Your missions :

  • Lead the development and execution of innovative sales strategies to accelerate customer acquisition, drive retention, and scale revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and ensure alignment with sales targets and business objectives.
  • Analyze key operational performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and implement data-driven improvements that enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster collaboration, innovation, and long-term partnerships.
  • Oversee contract negotiations and ensure legal and compliance frameworks are in place to protect the company’s interests in partnerships and agreements.

Your profile :

  • Master's degree from a top business or engineering school; an MBA or equivalent is highly desirable for engineering graduates.
  • 3-6 years of experience in operational management or sales, preferably in the tech industry.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset for problem-solving.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
