We are seeking a OpenStack Infrastructure Engineer to join our team and support a key client, a multinational leader in the credit insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain OpenStack-based infrastructure for high-availability environments across the EMEA region.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Ansible, Python, and Shell scripting to streamline operations and efficiently handle large-scale infrastructure.
• Perform server maintenance on DELL and HP hardware.
• Address vulnerabilities, remediate obsolescence, and proactively improve the platform and respond to incidents.
• Follow ITIL practices as part of daily operations and coordinate with other IT teams.
• Participate in on-site and on-call service shifts as part of a rotation schedule.

Skills:

• Proven experience with OpenStack infrastructure.
• Strong hands-on skills with Ansible, Python, and Shell scripting.
• Experience with server maintenance (DELL or HP).
• Customer service-oriented mindset.
• Knowledge of Ceph Storage.
• Experience with Ansible Tower.
• Familiarity with code version control systems (e.g., Git, Bitbucket).
• Exposure to other hypervisors such as VMware or Nutanix.

Qualifications & Languages:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar is preferred but not mandatory.
• ITIL Foundation certification is desirable.
• Fluent English (spoken and written – B2/C1 level) is mandatory.
• French is a plus.

Working Conditions:

• On-site support: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts from 9:00 to 18:00 (8 hours/day).
• On-call support: Participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation, outside regular hours.
