Red Hat SL is seeking an experienced PTAM to guide partners on OpenShift and OpenStack in the EMEA region. You will work hands-on with key partners, providing architectural guidance and ensuring successful cloud deployments across Red Hat technologies.

You will collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams to debug issues, share best practices, and advocate for partner needs. Travel within the region will be required to maintain strong partner relationships.

Formación

Experience in a support, development, engineering, or QA organization.
Expertise with enterprise cloud solutions like OpenShift, containers and Kubernetes.
Advanced knowledge of OpenStack and its components.
Ability to manage and grow enterprise partner relationships with proactive support.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex information clearly.

Responsabilidades

Develop relationships with key business and IT stakeholders and become a partner expert.
Perform technical reviews and share knowledge to prevent issues and guide mitigation.
Provide advice on current and future Red Hat products to partners.
Troubleshoot issues and drive escalation with Red Hat, partners and customers.
Create partner engagement plans and maintain up-to-date documentation.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to debug and resolve issues.
Travel as necessary to visit partners and events in the region.
