Job summary

Air Apps is a fast-growing, family-founded company redefining AI-powered personal resource planning. We’re hiring a People Operations Specialist to own HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and employee support from our Lisbon office.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in person, manage end-to-end recruitment, payroll, benefits, and onboarding, while ensuring compliance and a people-first culture. English fluency is essential; Portuguese is a bonus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience in a consultancy or fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience with an ATS, specifically Ashby.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Experience supporting HR operations: payroll, benefits, and employee services.
• Strong attention to detail and organization, able to juggle priorities.
• Familiarity with Portuguese labor law is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Portuguese is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Handle HR operations and employee support tasks, including payroll coordination and benefits administration.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment tasks: job postings, sourcing, interview scheduling, and process coordination.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics and ensure smooth integration of new hires.
