Air Apps is seeking a Financial Analyst to join the finance team and support data-driven decision-making in a fast-growing AI-driven company. This entry-level role sits in Lisbon and offers exposure to global financial operations, reporting, and process improvements.

The ideal candidate has roughly 1 year of finance-related experience, a relevant degree, strong Excel skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with both financial and non-financial stakeholders. Relocation support is possible.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in finance, financial analysis, accounting, or related area.
• Degree in Finance, Management, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and structured problem solving.
• Experience with Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with financial systems/ERPs like Netsuite, Payhawk, Ramp is a plus.
• Proactive mindset with ability to learn in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent in English, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end closing activities and related reporting.
• Prepare recurring and ad-hoc financial reports for decision-making.
• Perform accounting records and bank transactions; assist with tax compliance.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Operations to align financial insights with goals.
• Review and reconcile expense reports, bank statements, AR and AP balances.
• Assist cash flow monitoring and cost analysis efforts.
• Support automation of financial processes and ERP-related tools.
