Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Online Marketing Manager based in Madrid to lead digital marketing initiatives across our expanding portfolio. This role is ideal for a creative, data-driven marketer who can design and execute campaigns that attract, convert, and engage mindful consumers at scale.

This is a strategic and hands-on role where you will manage end-to-end marketing efforts across digital channels, helping us grow our audience, boost engagement, and support global product launches. You will work closely with an international team of experts and a mission-aligned leadership group that values purpose as much as performance.

Note : Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.This is a hybrid role , combining remote flexibility with regular collaboration in our Madrid office . Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage integrated digital campaigns across channels (email, paid media, SEO, social, content).
• Lead performance marketing initiatives on Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram), Google Ads, and YouTube to drive qualified traffic and conversions.
• Develop automated email journeys and lead-nurturing flows using CRM tools such as ActiveCampaign.
• Optimise landing pages, funnels, and campaign messaging using A / B testing and performance data.
• Collaborate with internal content, design, and product teams to align messaging across channels.
• Track KPIs, generate campaign reports, and provide strategic insights for continuous improvement.
• Manage third-party contractors or agencies as needed (e.g. ad buyers, designers, copywriters).

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in online / digital marketing, ideally in wellness, education, or purpose-led sectors.
• Proven success running paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and other performance channels.
• Expertise in email marketing, funnel building, and marketing automation tools (preferably ActiveCampaign).
• Comfortable using Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, UTM tracking, and similar analytics tools.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Highly organised, results-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Must be based in Madrid or willing to relocate for a hybrid working model.
