A technology service provider is looking for an IT Support Engineer (Level 1) in Ogrove, Spain. This role involves providing on-site technical support and resolving issues efficiently. Candidates must be fluent in Spanish and proficient in English, with prior experience in IT support. This is a full-time contract position with a monthly rate of €1,900.

Formación

  • Proven experience in a Deskside Support / IT Support Level 1 role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work onsite in a professional office environment.

IT Support Engineer (Level 1)

Location: Ogrove, Spain

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 12 Months

Rate: €1,900/month

Contract Type: Full-Time, Contractual

Languages Required: Spanish & English (Minimum B2 level)

We are currently seeking an IT Support Engineer (Deskside Support – Level 1) to join our team in Ogrove, Spain on a 12-month contract . This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, bilingual IT professional with a strong customer service mindset to provide on-site technical support in a dynamic corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver Level 1 desk-side support and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices




- Provide professional and timely customer support in person and via ticketing systems
- Perform IT setup, device deployment, and general maintenance
- Ensure a positive user experience through clear communication and follow-up

Requirements

- Proven experience in a Deskside Support / IT Support Level 1 role
- Fluent Spanish and proficient English (minimum B2 level)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work onsite in a professional office environment
- Must have a valid work permit allowing full-time employment in Spain
- Local candidates preferred
