The Role

As Onboarding Manager, you will be responsible for contacting customers, supporting the onboarding process, coordinating with account managers, and handling compliance. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Ensuring a smooth transition for newcomers through the company's onboarding process
  • Coordinating with various departments to provide necessary training and resources
  • Handling paperwork and legal documentation, ensuring they are completed correctly and on time
  • Monitoring progress and addressing any questions or concerns during onboarding
  • Continuously improving the onboarding process based on feedback and best practices
Ideal Profile
  • You speak Danish at a native level and are fluent in English (B2)
  • Experience in customer support and sales is an advantage
  • You have good computer handling skills
  • You possess excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to research and identify the right information
  • You have experience and passion for online display advertising
  • You have strong communication and negotiation skills, and are service-oriented, professional, and thorough
