The Role
As Onboarding Manager you will be in charge of contacting customers, supporting the onboarding process, coordinating with account managers, and handling compliance. Your daily work will include tasks like these:
Ensure a smooth transition for newcomers through the company's onboarding process
Coordinate with various departments to provide necessary training and resources
Take care of paperwork and legal documentation and make sure they are completed correctly and on time
Monitor the progress and address any questions or concerns during the onboarding phase
Continuously improve the onboarding process based on feedback and best practices
Ideal Profile
You speak Danish at a native level, and you are fluent in English (B2).
Experience in customer support and sales is an advantage.
You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information.
You have strong communication and negotiation skills, and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
