ISP Acquisition Onboarding Manager (OBM)
Direct Reporting Line to: Group Head of Acquisition Integration
Location: Flexible, Hybrid

Job Overview:

As an Acquisition Onboarding Manager at ISP, you will play a pivotal role in integrating newly acquired or established schools into our international network. You will lead and coordinate end-to-end post-acquisition onboarding activities, working closely with divisional, regional, and school-based teams to ensure successful project delivery.

This is a dynamic and hands-on role that combines execution of assigned tasks with project management. You will oversee the integration plan and actively contribute to critical tasks, especially in time-sensitive areas such as Finance. You will be the central point of accountability for onboarding timelines, progress tracking, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.

You will advocate for collaboration, structure, and transparency, using monday.com to manage projects, engage stakeholders, and maintain momentum. The role requires excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive mindset to ensure efficient, structured, and tailored integrations for each school and region.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Regional Management & Support: Develop customized onboarding project plans in monday.com for each school, ensuring alignment with ISP’s framework and timelines. Guide regional and school teams on their responsibilities, monitor progress, identify delays and risks, and coordinate corrective actions. Support capacity-challenged teams in completing time-critical tasks. Collaborate with senior leaders to prioritize resources and ensure timely delivery.
  2. Integration Planning & Execution: Review acquisition documents to ensure obligations and timelines are captured. Tailor integration tasks across departments like HR, Finance, Learning, Marketing, Technology, Legal, and Operations. Conduct regular status meetings, track progress, manage interdependencies, and escalate risks with mitigation plans.
  3. monday.com Administration & Reporting: Maintain and update project boards, ensuring real-time status and deadlines are reflected. Train staff on monday.com, develop dashboards, and produce status reports for leadership. Ensure transparent reporting to support decision-making.
  4. Cross-Functional Coordination & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary link between various teams, ensuring information sharing and alignment on objectives. Facilitate collaboration, support knowledge transfer, and refine onboarding processes.
  5. Issue Resolution & Continuous Improvement: Serve as the escalation point for challenges, respond with solutions, and involve leadership as needed. Track lessons learned and propose process improvements, standardizing where appropriate.
Experience, Qualifications, and Skills

Education & Experience: A professional finance qualification and/or master’s degree in business administration, project management, or related field. Experience in project management, mergers & acquisitions, or post-merger integration, preferably in a multi-regional or international setting.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with project management tools (especially monday.com), Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, influencing, and relationship-building abilities.

Change Management: Experience leading teams through cultural and operational changes in fast-paced, acquisitive environments.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills across multiple priorities.

Language Requirements: Fluent English required; additional languages (Polish, Greek, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Italian) are highly desirable.

Teamwork & Independence: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to different working styles and changing project demands.

Location & Working Hours:

Remote/Flexible, with travel to schools as needed. Willingness to accommodate flexible hours for project demands.

Key Relationships:
  • Divisional Chief Operating Officer (DCOO)
  • Regional and School Teams
  • Other Acquisition Onboarding Managers
  • Group Functional Heads
