ISP Acquisition Onboarding Manager (OBM)
Direct Reporting Line to: Group Head of Acquisition Integration
Location: Flexible, Hybrid

Job Overview :

As an Acquisition Onboarding Manager at ISP, you will play a pivotal role in integrating newly acquired or established schools into our international network. You will lead and coordinate end-to-end post-acquisition onboarding activities, working closely with divisional, regional, and school-based teams to ensure successful project delivery.

This is a dynamic role that combines execution of tasks with project management. You will oversee the integration plan and actively contribute to completing critical tasks, especially in time-sensitive areas such as Finance. You will be responsible for the onboarding timeline, progress tracking, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.

You will advocate for collaboration, structure, and transparency, using monday.com to manage projects, engage stakeholders, and maintain momentum. The role requires excellent communication, adaptability, and a proactive mindset to ensure efficient, structured, and tailored integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Regional Management & Support : Lead the development of onboarding project plans in monday.com for each school, ensuring alignment with ISP’s framework and timelines. Guide regional and school teams on their responsibilities. Monitor progress, identify delays, assess risks, and coordinate corrective actions. Support time-critical tasks, and work with senior leaders to prioritize resources and ensure timely delivery.
  2. Integration Planning & Execution : Review acquisition documents to ensure obligations are captured in the onboarding plan. Tailor task lists across departments like HR, Finance, Learning, Marketing, Technology, Legal, and Operations. Collaborate with other managers to improve the integration process. Conduct status meetings, manage interdependencies, and escalate risks as needed.
  3. Monday.com Administration & Reporting : Maintain and update project boards, provide training on monday.com, develop dashboards, and produce reports for leadership. Ensure transparency and support strategic decisions.
  4. Cross-Functional Coordination : Act as the primary link between various teams, ensuring information sharing and collaboration. Facilitate knowledge transfer and process improvements.
  5. Issue Resolution & Continuous Improvement : Serve as the escalation point for challenges, track lessons learned, and champion process standardization with flexibility for regional differences.

Experience, Qualifications, and Skills

  • Finance qualification or master’s degree in business, project management, or related field preferred. Experience in project management, M&A, or post-merger roles within multi-regional organizations.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (especially monday.com), advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships.
  • Experience guiding teams through change in fast-paced environments.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Fluent English required; additional languages (Polish, Greek, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Italian) are highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with flexibility to adapt to changing demands.

Location : Remote / Flexible, with travel to schools as needed.
Working Hours : Willingness to accommodate flexible hours.
