ISP Acquisition Onboarding Manager (OBM) Direct Reporting Line to : Group Head of Acquisition Integration

Location : Flexible, Hybrid

Job Overview :

As an Acquisition Onboarding Manager at ISP, you will play a pivotal role in integrating newly acquired or established schools into our international network. You will lead and coordinate end-to-end post-acquisition onboarding activities, working closely with divisional, regional, and school-based teams to ensure successful project delivery.

This is a dynamic and hands-on role that combines execution of tasks with project management. You will oversee the integration plan and actively contribute to critical tasks, especially in time-sensitive areas such as Finance. You’ll be responsible for the onboarding timeline, progress tracking, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.

You will promote collaboration, structure, and transparency, using monday.com to manage projects, engage stakeholders, and maintain momentum. The role requires excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive mindset to ensure efficient, structured, and tailored integrations for each school and region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Regional Management & Support : Lead development of customized onboarding project plans in monday.com, ensuring alignment with ISP’s framework and timelines. Guide regional and school teams, monitor progress, identify delays, assess risks, and coordinate corrective actions. Support time-critical tasks and work with senior leadership to prioritize resources and ensure timely onboarding milestones.
  • Integration Planning & Execution : Review acquisition documents to ensure obligations are captured in the onboarding plan. Customize task lists across departments, collaborate with other managers, and conduct regular status meetings. Escalate risks and propose mitigation strategies.
  • monday.com Administration & Reporting : Maintain project boards, provide training, develop dashboards, and produce reports for leadership. Ensure transparent and strategic reporting.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination : Act as the main link between various teams, facilitate collaboration, and support knowledge transfer sessions.
  • Issue Resolution & Continuous Improvement : Serve as escalation point for challenges, track lessons learned, and champion process standardization with flexibility for regional or school-specific needs.
Experience, Qualifications, and Skills
  • Education & Experience : Finance qualification and/or master’s in business, project management, or related field; experience in project management, M&A, or post-merger roles, preferably internationally.
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency with project management tools (especially monday.com), advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with PowerPoint.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
  • Change Management : Experience guiding teams through change in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organizational Skills : Strong organizational and time-management abilities across multiple tasks.
  • Language Requirements : Fluent English; additional languages (Polish, Greek, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Italian) are highly desirable.
  • Teamwork & Independence : Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Adaptability : Flexibility to adapt to different working styles and project demands.
Location & Working Hours

Remote / Flexible, with travel to schools as needed. Willingness to work flexible hours to meet project demands.
