Join the Hotelverse team, the start-up set to revolutionize how we book hotels and experience this process. Considered among the top 100 more creative businesses by Forbes in 2022, Hotelverse is looking for people with customer service or tourism backgrounds to be in touch with our clients (B2B) and support them throughout the enrolment process and technological project.

Responsibilities
  • Looking after client's hotel portfolio and ensuring the onboarding process is followed on a project / hotel basis.
  • Follow internal procedures for content (review and administrative).
  • Be in touch with several internal departments when needed to ensure procedures are followed and projects advance.
Requirements
  • Great level of English.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with clients (tourism background or customer service experience is a plus).
  • Must have access to a stable internet connection.
