Amentum is seeking a Pest Controller to support a US Navy program on Diego Garcia. The role involves performing routine pest control, applying pesticides safely, and maintaining compliance with environmental guidelines.

The successful candidate will have at least two years of pest control experience, a DoD Pesticide Applicator Certification, and the ability to travel internationally. English proficiency and a valid passport are essential.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of pest control experience.
• DoD Pesticide Applicator Certification required before start.
• Passport must be valid for travel; ability to obtain visas.
• Ability to speak, read, and comprehend English.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine pest control operations in scheduled times, adhering to safety standards.
• Apply pesticides to manage pest populations following project requirements and best practices.
• Dispose of pesticides, rinse water, and containers per label directions and regulations.
• Maintain records of pesticide usage, storage, and disposal.
• Follow safety and environmental standards to prevent contamination or exposure risks.
• Inspect work areas and take appropriate corrective actions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
